RTG Game Library and Platform Access
We have operated since 1998 and work mainly with Real Time Gaming software, with additional titles from other providers. RTG has been providing gambling software since 1998. Our lobby usually holds around 160-200 games in total, covering slots, table games, video poker, and a few specialty titles.
Access to the platform is available in three ways. You can download the desktop client, open games directly in a browser on your computer, or play through mobile browsers on Android, iOS and Windows devices. RTG games can also be played directly in internet browsers and are mobile compatible for iPhone and Android users. We do not currently mention native apps in any app store. All deposits and withdrawals run in US dollars and Bitcoin, so Canadian players using cards should keep in mind that their bank will convert CAD to USD.
The casino states that it operates under a Costa Rica gambling license, which should be verified independently. RTG software is known to be tested for fairness, but current TST auditing for this brand is not confirmed and should be checked separately.
Registration Process
To open an account, we ask for a standard set of details: email, password, full name, date of birth, home address and phone number. You also confirm that you are of legal gambling age. Verification documents may be requested once there is more activity on the account, usually around withdrawals.
The basic registration flow looks like this:

- Fill in your legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued ID.
- Provide your full address, including postal code.
- Add a phone number, using an international format.

As soon as the account is created, you can switch on practice mode and try games with virtual credits. Real money play starts only after a first successful deposit.
Our interface is available only in English. Game lobbies, cashier pages, account settings and support are not translated into French.
Deposits and Payment Methods
For funding your account we currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Neteller and Bitcoin. We do not charge deposit fees on our side, regardless of the method used. Limits for minimum and maximum deposits depend on the chosen option and are displayed directly in the cashier.
To make a deposit, log in and go to the cashier section. From there, choose “Deposit”, pick your preferred method, then specify the amount in USD or in the equivalent amount of Bitcoin. Enter your card, e-wallet or wallet details, and, if you intend to claim a promotion, type in the bonus code before confirming the payment.

Bitcoin deposits usually clear after one or more confirmations on the blockchain, which typically takes between 10 and 30 minutes. Card payments tend to appear instantly, while Neteller transfers are almost immediate.
Players in Canada can generally use Canadian-issued cards, but the currency conversion is fully handled by their bank at its own rate. Any exchange fees or extra charges are applied by the payment provider, not by us.
Bonus Structure and Welcome Offer
Our welcome package is built as a 200% match on your first deposit, with no formal cap on the bonus amount, when you use the code NEVERENDING200. The bonus percentage is applied to the full deposit, and the resulting bonus balance is added on top of your cash. For later deposits, there are reload offers of 100% up to 500 USD.
Wagering rules are different for slot-style content and for table or video poker games. Slots, scratch cards and keno require 30x playthrough on the sum of deposit plus bonus. Table games and video poker carry a 60x playthrough on that combined total before withdrawals from the bonus balance can be approved.
The bonus code field appears in the cashier while you are setting up a deposit. You need to enter the promotional code exactly as written. After the transaction goes through, the bonus balance is credited automatically. The cashier separates cash funds from bonus funds, and you will see progress towards wagering as you play. Once the required playthrough is completed, the remaining bonus balance converts into withdrawable funds, subject to our normal payout rules.
We also maintain a VIP program with four levels: Jade, Pearl, Ruby, and Diamond. Moving up the tiers depends mainly on how much you deposit and wager over time. Higher levels usually receive improved withdrawal limits, access to a personal account manager and some tailored promotional offers.
Slots and Progressive Jackpots
Slots form the core of our library. The majority of titles come from RTG and can be sorted in the lobby by name, release date, popularity or jackpot size. For players who like a specific style, we also tag themes such as Asian, action or fantasy.
Several slots are linked to progressive jackpots shared across the network. Bets placed on these games from different brands contribute to common prize pools that can grow over time. Regular non-progressive slots show their top prizes and payout tables inside each game.
All slot titles can be opened in practice mode without even registering an account. You can swap from practice to real money play via in-game controls once you are logged in and funded. The practice version uses virtual credits but keeps the same reels, features, paylines and bonus rounds as the real money version.
For reference, our reported average payout ratio sits around 95% across the full game set. One highlighted example is the Ancient Gods slot, which has a theoretical return of 96%. These payout numbers are calculated over very long periods of play and should not be read as guarantees for individual sessions.
